The desalination water capacity expansion Project (2X600MW) of Guodian Xingyang Coal and Power Integration Co., LTD.

The initial source of the boiler feed water in the factory was underground water, with a desalination water output of 100 tons per hour. The processes of ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and ion exchanger were adopted. Currently, urban reclaimed water is used as the water source. The reclaimed water is pre-treated by submerged ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis before entering the existing boiler feed water system. The reclaimed water pretreatment system is processed at 4×95m ³ /h. Under the premise of meeting the existing boiler feed water system, the water production capacity is expanded to meet the demands of later technical renovations and steam supply.


The water treatment capacity from reclaimed water is 4x95 m ³ /h. The original water treatment capacity is 2x65 m ³ /h. Through this renovation, the water treatment capacity needs to be expanded to 200m ³ /h.


Process flow:


Reverse osmosis effluent from the circulating water drainage system → one set of reverse osmosis device → fresh water tank → two mixed ion exchangers (in parallel or series) → original desalination water tank → desalination water pump → main plant.


The main water treatment equipment of the boiler feed water treatment system is all connected in series and parallel.
